SVCOFFROAD has been building high performance suspension for both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Ford Raptors.ย As time has gone on, many of our products have evolved into bigger, better, sexier and more functional.ย Brand new to our lineup in aftermarket suspension is a full Billet Upper Control Arms carved from one block of aluminum.ย ย
These new Upper Control Arms have many unique features that make them stand out from the competition.ย First and foremost, they have a contour milled into them vs. being a flat arm which puts the outer bearing at to much angle as seen with the competitors arms. This is a very complex process, but ensures that the outer uni-ball is on a better plain with the factory upright.ย This results in less bearing wear, and less stress on the overall package, but in our view is worth the extra effort.ย
Other key features of these arms are they are fully adjustable for both camber and caster.ย These arms allow you to lock in your lower pivots, install the arms and get you an alignment that is right on par with any race-truck out there.ย The Billet UCA is hard anodized for greater strength, only uses grade 8 hardware and still features the same 3/4inch 12-point nickel plated center bolt.ย What does this mean for you?ย Simple.ย More strength than any other arm on the market.ย ย

Weโre proud to release our new line of Camburgย KINETIKย Series billet upper control arms for the 2004-2020 Ford F-150โs.
Countless hours were spent designing and refining these arms to the point where they met our high standards. CAD designing and machining gave us the ability to bring some new design elements and features to the table. We CNC machine these from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, then send them out to be bead blasted, Type II anodized gun metal gray and have our Camburg logo laser etched.
Like our tubular arms we use a larger FK 1.25โ uniball that has a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum useable wheel travel. Made in the USA these are far superior to the cheaper and smaller imports other companies use. Adapting the uniball to the spindle/knuckle is done using model specific spacers that match the factory taper precisely. These are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and are a one piece design for increased strength. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25โ uniball gives us the ability to run a larger and stronger 9/16โ 12 point bolt with a low profile bolt-on uniball cap to resist the elements.
Using larger and stronger FK 7/8โ chromoly heim joints allows for additional camber and caster adjustment if needed with larger 6โ suspension kits or damaged frames. Using a heim joint also eliminates flexing/deflection under hard use and braking with zero binding when in use. Using AN/Mil-spec hardware we have a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut to insure the heim is secure with the rigors of off-road use.

Update:ย Ford introduced a cast steel knuckle/spindle (painted black) in mid 2020 which has a different upper ball-joint taper than the aluminum versions (raw silver). We now include both sets of lower uniball spacers with our arms so everyone has what they need in one part number.
When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more.ย Replacing the stock ball-jointย with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing weโre able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Ourย design incorporates a billet aluminum cover for the top of the uniball to keep dirt and other contaminants from working their way into the uniball. This cap is a slight press-fit and uses an o-ring seal.
Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel. We pride ourselves in producing the best parts available under our own roof and control.

For 2019+ models that have a position sensor incorporated into the FOX electronic suspension, we have stainless brackets that attach to our arms that the sensor linkage attaches to and we supply a drill template to drill two small holes in the existing mount for proper positioning. Itโs a very simple process that anyone can do.
