Return and Refund Policy

At Baja HQ, we value our customers above all and pride ourselves to doing business the right way. 

If we get it wrong and you want to return a product within 30 days of purchase, go right ahead. You can bring the item in to our retail location or ship it back to us at cost of shipping. Once the product is received and inspected to be free of defects, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the order and refunded to your payment method by end of business day.
