F-150s will benefit greatly from the addition of this ROUSH Cold Air Intake Kit, which provides more efficient air intake than the stock airbox. Providing up to 25% less intake restriction than stock in forced induction applications, this cold air intake kit is the most highly-engineered kit of its kind on the market. Latent potential in power and fuel efficiency that would otherwise be restricted, as well as reduced pressure drop, are two important benefits of this system. Custom tuning is not a requirement, as this CAI system was engineered and tested specifically for this application. The kit features increased inlet and airbox sizing to allow for maximum airflow, and provides an additional induction noise and aggressive performance sound. It was designed using OEM CAD data to guarantee optimized fitment, keeping heat out and encouraging maximum performance.
The included high-flow, high-capacity dry filter is proven to retain its shape. It is composed of an inner and outer layer of wire mesh for durability and reliable support of filtration media. The filter requires no oiling and is easily washable for re-use. Included in the kit is the air filter with clamp, oversized injection-molded air box tray, a clean air tube, 105mm mass airflow tube, and all required mounting hardware and instructions. The kit utilizes EPDM rubber couplers for proper fitment under engine load, rocking, and twisting, and will not void your factory warranty. Factory mounting locations and hardware are utilized to allow for quick and easy installation. This cold air kit is also backed by the ROUSH 90-Day Limited Parts Warranty.

This plug and play tuner attaches to two easy to access sensors in the engine bay and works with your factory ECU tuning to remap your boost, timing, and fueling for optimal performance and reduced turbo lag. It features a 64mhz processor allowing sensors to be sampled 800 times per second using dedicated 10 bit digital to analog converters, ensuring smooth and powerful performance.
The default setting is 3psi over stock and boost can be adjusted using a BMS data cable or JB4 Mobile adapter. We've measured stock boost on the Raptor at around 15 psi peak. Raising that to 18psi peak really wakes up this heavy truck!
Installation of the JB4 Ford F150 / Raptor tuner is very discrete and unlike flash remaps it quickly removes without a trace when needed. Fuel economy during normal driving is unchanged. Compatible with all driving modes.
The JB4 Tuner for the Ford F150 / Raptor adds functionality with a plug and play OBDII CANbus connection allowing the JB4 to take in critical engine data directly from the ECU. Including pedal position, throttle position, timing advance, fuel trims, air/fuel ratio, engine knock, and much more. Other tuners without CANbus are not able to even monitor this critical engine data no less incorporate it real time in to their tuning algorithms.

JB4 systems use one of four different wiring harnesses. You'll need to locate and identify both the charge pipe and intake manifold MAP sensors, generally on the charge pipe leading into the throttle body, and under or behind the plastic engine cover on the manifold directly, to determine which JB4 harness your vehicle requires.
1) V1 Harness: Two V1 sensors, generally found on 2014 and earlier models
2) V1.5 Harness: One V1 sensor, one V2 sensor, generally found on 2015-2016 models
3) V2 Harness: Two V2 sensors, generally found on 2017-2020 models
4) V3 Harness: One V3 sensor, one V2 sensor, generally found on 2021+ models
Sensor arrangements are vehicle specific, so while our model year guide gives common applications, there are some 2017-2020 vehicles that use V1.5 harnesses, some 2021+ models that use V2 harnesses, etc. Check your vehicle prior to ordering.
